• Please take your time (we recommend 2-3 days) and listen to the entire mix or master in a suitable listening environment, then provide comprehensive and specific feedback on what needs to be changed.
• You have 7 days to submit your first revision request.
• The revision request must contain all necessary changes and be presented with clear, precise, and actionable instructions, using correct terms whenever possible.
• Make sure to include the stem or track names and timestamps for the changes you want to make.
• Please use the form below. Do not request revisions via email.
• We will typically be at most 2 or 3 revisions.
• Each revision of your material may take up to 5 working days.
• After you receive a completed revision, you have 5 days to assess the track and request another revision.
• The free revision period expires if you do not request your first revision within 7 days, do not request a follow-up revision within 5 days of receiving your previous revision, or if the project is considered finished by both parties.
• Upon submitting a revision, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Revision Policy Terms of Use.
